Make a tax-deductible donation
Thanks to your donation, we can:
- Provide free legal advice and representation to members of our community who need it the most
- Advocate for fairer policies, practices and laws at local, state and federal level
- Hold institutions to account when they fail to uphold the rights of individuals and communities
All donations to Southside Justice over $2 are tax deductible.
Become a regular donor
Regular donations help build the infrastructure that allows Southside Justice to do our most impactful work.
Your ongoing support gives us stability — enabling us to plan ahead, invest in our people and systems, and respond where the need is greatest.
Philanthropic giving
We encourage trusts and foundations with an interest in locally generated, collaborative and scalable initiatives to get in touch.

Hosted by Australian Communities Foundation (ACF), our Impact Fund is carefully managed through responsible investments to support the long-term continuation of our work.
Tax‑deductible contributions to the Southside Justice Impact Fund can be made through ACF by individuals, organisations and philanthropic partners.
